Arete Executive is seeking a National General Manager for its Industrial Processing division within an ASX 100 group. The role is based on the East Coast and carries full P&L; accountability for a national processing network with a revenue footprint exceeding $100M.

You will lead 100+ personnel through two Regional Managers, with HR, safety and IR support, while guiding strategy, capital investment and policy engagement to drive change and growth.
