Commercial building code assessments + inspections
NCC and regulatory compliance advice
Report writing and documentation reviews
Liaising with clients, consultants and authorities
Support through the building permit and certification process
About You
Demonstrated experience in commercial building surveying
Sound knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
Registration as a Building Surveyor preferred but not essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualified,
proactive and detail-focused

Our client is a well-established private building surveying firm based in Burwood, working across a broad range of commercial projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking either a Building Surveyor or Commercial Building Code Consultant to join our team.
