LifeFlight Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Telemarketing Officer to support fundraising campaigns from our Robina office. You’ll drive current donor acquisition, lotteries and seasonal appeals, while sustaining Regular Giving and donor retention.

You will make outbound calls, apply proven sales techniques, deliver a positive supporter experience, and accurately record supporter information across our dialer and online portals.
