Delaware North Australia seeks a full time Head Chef with Asian specialty experience to lead the Mindil Beach Casino Resort kitchen in Darwin. You will drive authentic Asian flavours, contemporary techniques, and high-volume service in a premium dining setting.

The role focuses on menu development, quality control, cost management, team leadership, and HACCP compliance. Previous experience with Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Malaysian cuisines in large-scale venues is preferred; visa sponsorship
