Ploomo, a rapid-growing fintech, is hiring a Sales Development Representative for their Melbourne team. This onsite role focuses on outbound follow-up with SME fintech leads across APAC and Europe, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus monthly bonus, targeting an OTE of $90,000–$100,000.

You will reconnect with existing leads, keep deals moving, and maintain clean CRM records while following structured daily tasks and reps. Robust phone skills and CRM discipline are essential.
