The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established dealership representing one of the world's leading premium European brands, based in Brisbane. The business has a solid reputation for customer experience, and the service department is a big part of that.

You’ll be the link between the customer and the workshop – managing bookings, explaining work clearly and confidently, and making sure every client leaves feeling looked after. Owners of premium vehicles expect a premium experience, and this role is where that experience is won or lost.

You’ll work alongside an experienced service team, with the structure, training, and systems of a major OEM behind you.

What You’ll Bring




Experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership – premium or luxury brand experience is a real plus.
Strong communication skills – the ability to explain technical work in plain language and build trust with discerning customers.
A commercial mindset – comfortable presenting additional work, hitting targets and keeping an eye on hours sold.
Organisation under pressure – juggling a busy drive-through, phones and workshop flow without dropping the ball.
Working knowledge of a dealership DMS and a genuine interest in the product.
A trade background is a bonus, but the right attitude and customer skills matter most.

On-target earnings of $120k-$125k on average (base plus performance incentives)
