Lala Hospitality Group is the team behind five of Canberra's most loved venues - Molly, VICE, Highball, 88mph, and Amici Wine Bar & Deli. We're growing, and we're looking for outstanding people to grow with us.

THE ROLE

Our kitchens are fast, focused, and run by people who really care about what they produce. We’re looking for cooks who take pride in their work, thrive under pressure, and understand that consistency is as important as creativity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a professional kitchen
Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge
The ability to work well under pressure without cutting corners
A team-oriented attitude and respect for the people around you




Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent experience

WHAT WE OFFER:
