The Wickham Boatshed is seeking an Apprentice Chef to join a busy kitchen in Newcastle. The role offers training in basic culinary skills, knife work, ingredients knowledge, and use of commercial equipment.
You will work in a rapid-paced team and weekend shifts are expected. You will train under the chef, learning procedures and duties in food preparation and kitchen operations, with emphasis on teamwork and reliability.
