Mermaid Beach SLSC / Merlina's Restaurant & Cafe is seeking an experienced Qualified Chef to join their team. You’ll oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service, bringing the skill and speed of a Sous or Head Chef with a passion for exceptional, clean food.

You must be trade qualified (Cert III Commercial Cookery) with a proven track record in busy kitchens, and be prepared to work weekends, nights and public holidays in a high-volume casual dining workplace.
