3Bridges is seeking a Youth Development Worker to support students aged 11–18 within secondary schools. You will deliver early intervention, 1:1 casework, and wellbeing programs, collaborating with families, teachers, and community partners to promote resilience and engagement in education.

The role is full time and fixed-term until December 2027, with market-market-competitive salary plus super, salary packaging and leave entitlements.
