Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals with care, helping residents enjoy a positive dining experience
Deliver friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring residents feel welcomed, respected and valued
Assist with food preparation and meal service, responding to residents’ needs with care and consideration
Support daily kitchen operations, including dishwashing, cleaning and maintaining a secure, hygienic workspace




Work independently and collaboratively to ensure the smooth delivery of daily catering services
Contribute to a welcoming, resident-focused environment where quality food and thoughtful service make a difference

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a catering, food service or kitchen role, ideally in an aged care or healthcare setting
A caring, resident-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting older Australians
Good communication and customer service skills, with a hands-on approach to kitchen duties
The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work additional shifts when available
A willingness to obtain a National Police Check and maintain a current flu vaccination, as required for the role
