Deaf Connect is seeking a Team Leader, Beginner Courses Delivery to coordinate scheduling and workforce planning for our Beginner Courses across Australia. You will lead the delivery team, support DeafTutors and build systems to enable sustainable growth while emphasising Auslan and Deaf culture.

You will oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding and performance, using data to forecast needs and improve processes, and ensure compliance and quality across course delivery.
