Ramo Collection is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join the team in a Customer Service / Junior Account Manager role. This is a outstanding prospect for someone early in their career who enjoys working with customers and wants to grow within a stable Australian company.
Key responsibilities
Answer customer enquiries by phone and email
Process customer orders accurately
Help customers with product and stock information
Support newer customer accounts
Follow up quotes and order enquiries
Work closely with warehouse team to make sure orders go out on time
Help with dispatch during busy periods
Grow customer accounts
About you
Friendly and confident communication skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Reliable and willing to learn
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills
Previous customer service experience helpful (but not required)
Training provided
Supportive team setting to let you grow and learn
