APG Workforce is seeking a Hatchery Assistant in Bannockburn, VIC to support daily hatchery operations with a focus on productivity, hygiene, and animal welfare. Training is provided for the role.

You will perform production work, assist with day-old chicks, push egg trolleys, transfer duties, and maintain cleaning and biosecurity standards. Flexibility across a 7-day roster is essential for ongoing, long-term work. Reliable transport to site is required.
