Optus is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist for AusAlert, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will own Tier 3 support for AusAlert CBC and related messaging platforms, lead fault investigations and manage lifecycle activities.

This hands-on role requires independent judgment and technical leadership, with prospects to mentor teams and coordinate with vendors to ensure secure, resilient service delivery, including testing, deployments and compliance.
