Amana Living is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to provide leadership and direction to a team of Domestic cleaners across WA. This full time role (76 hours per fortnight) focuses on delivering high-quality cleaning services in line with our vision and values.
You will mentor staff, oversee onboarding, evaluate performance, and coordinate with HR and the Hospitality Manager to address issues and drive improvements. This role requires a proactive leader who fosters teamwork and client satisfaction.
