Bertas is a busy neighbourhood deli in Marrickville, NSW, seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to own and lead the Marrickville venue. You will manage daily operations, lead FOH/BOH teams, and ensure consistent quality, service and cleanliness in a rapid-paced, hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have cafe/restaurant management experience, solid leadership, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Day-time hours only, with market-competitive salary based on experience.
