Boilermaker/Fabricator (up to $56.25 p/hour plus superannuation

A leading Australian manufacturing company specializing in the design and fabrication of steel structures for a wide range of applications is seeking an experienced and qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join its fabrication team based in Richlands.

With over 25 years in operation, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and reliable service across the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Recent experience in heavy structural steel fabrication
Fabricate, assemble, and weld components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform MIG welding and other welding processes to Australian Standards.
Prepare materials for fabrication, including marking out, measuring, and setup.
Conduct welding inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
Work collaboratively with production, QA, and supervisory staff to meet manufacturing schedules.




Identify and report faults, defects, or process improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:
Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
Experience with structural steel and aluminium.
MIG and TIG welding skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
