Aware Super is seeking an Implementation & Setting Lead to drive a major HRIS transformation, enabling a unified HR, Payroll and Finance ecosystem.
You will lead end-to-end implementation and cutover planning, coordinate across business, technology and partners, and ensure go-live readiness and smooth handover to BAU.
The role sits within Technology and requires proven experience with complex enterprise deployments, Workday or similar HRIS, and robust governance and stakeholder management.
