Employment Hero seeks a Financial Accountant in Recent South Wales to join the Finance Control team. You will drive accurate financial reporting, automate processes, and strengthen internal controls while supporting the post-go-live Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workplace.

You will work with the Finance, IT and Transformation teams to stabilise the system, enhance governance and reporting, and support day-to-day finance operations.
