Multiplier in Sydney is seeking a Lead Content Designer (Player–Coach) to define the craft and practice it hands-on. You will lead content strategy within a tribe, set voice standards, and bridge brand with product language while coaching other designers.

You will remain embedded in complex product work, shape language across payroll, compliance, and onboarding, and drive scalable content systems across markets.
