About the role

As our business continues to expand, we are currently seeking a reliable, organised and motivated Part time Accounts Clerk to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts receivable, invoicing and following up overdue accounts
Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Assisting with payment runs and account reconciliations
Assisting with bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintaining accurate accounting records and filing systems
General office administration, including answering phone calls and processing customer orders
Providing general accounts and administrative support as required

About You
Previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable




Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Excel
A basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A reliable, professional and positive attitude
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
