Administration / Reception Position for both Sales and Property Management - Inner East Office Location

The person we are looking for will have the following attributes:
Administration and reception experience with the ability to work autonomously
Manage a high volume of incoming calls
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing and supportive "can do" attitude
Robust computer skills, including an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail - being responsible for contract processing
Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
High level of organisation skills and ability to go above and beyond
Ability to work in Morningside
