We are seeking a friendly and skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at The Sebel Melbourne Kew. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is pleasant and memorable. This is a Casual position with full time hours based in the heart of Kew.

What you'll be doing
Greeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and courteous manner
Responding to guest inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone
Assisting with luggage and providing concierge services as needed
Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records
Resolving guest issues and concerns in a qualified manner
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience

What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficient in using hotel management software and technology
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays




A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
Must be available for a variety of Shifts including Mornings, Afternoons and Graveyard
