W Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Living Room Bar to lead daily operations, guide the bar team, and drive revenue while maintaining standards. You will curate beverage programs, oversee inventories, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant hotel setting.

Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, you will hire, train and coach talent, manage budgets, and uphold safety and service quality across all shifts. A agile hospitality leader style is essential.
