O'Brien is undertaking a major enterprise transformation, replacing Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain systems with a current ERP platform. We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join our Transformation team and drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and adoption across a large-scale ERP implementation.

You will partner with the Change Manager and business leaders to deliver change plans, coordinate activities, develop communications and track readiness and adoption metrics.
