Canberra Surgicentre, Braddon, ACT, is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager - Registered Nurse to support the Practice Manager and lead nursing and clinical teams in our day hospital. You will focus on secure, high-quality, patient-centred care and maintaining accreditation in a up-to-date surgical setting.

You will drive workforce planning, recruitment, coaching and development, and collaborate across departments to monitor performance, budgets and metrics.
