Working alongside a successful sales and property management team, you will play an integral role in keeping the office running smoothly while coordinating exciting property marketing campaigns.

The Role
Coordinate property marketing campaigns from start to finish
Organise skilled photography and attend property photoshoots
Prepare engaging property descriptions and marketing copy
Manage online property listings and advertising portals
Provide administrative support to both sales and property management teamsAssist with compliance, accounts and general office administration
Ensure marketing materials and property campaigns are delivered to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in real estate administration, marketing or a similar role
Certificate of Registration (COR) required
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, enthusiastic and able to juggle multiple priorities
A genuine passion for real estate and a positive, team-focused attitude
