We’re seeking an experienced Capability Officer to support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of project management capability within a large, complex organisation. You’ll help uplift project delivery maturity through learning programs, digital content and solid stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate project capability programs and compliance activities
Administer L&D; initiatives and LMS activities (learners, reporting, content deployment)
Develop and enhance eLearning and digital learning solutions
Apply instructional design/adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences
Build dashboards/reports to track learning outcomes and effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement across capability tools, processes and resources
