Goodstart Cowandilla is seeking a Senior Educator – Educational Leader to lead educational programs and support educators. This full time role (38 hours per week) includes an Educational Leader allowance and a solid emphasis on child development within the Early Years Learning Framework.
You will collaborate with the centre leadership to observe, review and uplift practice, ensuring high-quality, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
