Epicor Software Corp. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead post-sale relationships for our ANZ customers, ensuring value realization across Epicor Senior Living and Kinetic solutions. You will partner with sales, support, product, and engineering to maximize renewal and expansion prospects.

You will manage ~80 accounts across Australia and Recent Zealand, monitor health metrics, and drive retention. Travel for customer visits and events is expected in this quick-paced role.
