St Leonards

NSW Health is seeking an Adult Survivors Program Senior Lived Experience Worker to lead lived-experience initiatives across the NSLHD. You will draw on your survivor journeys to inform program design, delivery and evaluation, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred care across services.

You will work with PARVAN, Mental Health and AOD teams, co-design education and training, and drive quality improvements to support adult survivors with complex needs.
