Precision Labour Hire is seeking reliable Process & Production Workers for ongoing AM shift prospects at a busy chemical manufacturing site in Lytton.
These roles involve operating production machinery, supporting packaging operations and maintaining safety and quality standards. Applicants must be available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Operating production and processing machinery
Working across manufacturing and packaging lines
Monitoring equipment, identifying faults and performing basic troubleshooting
Completing quality control checks
Performing manual handling and palletising duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
Previous process,
production or machine operating experience in a factory environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude, including basic fault finding and troubleshooting
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
Solid commitment to workplace safety and product quality
Full working rights in Australia, with no restrictions on work hours or employment duration
PPE Requirements
Yellow cotton shirt
Steel-capped boots
Significant: Cotton PPE is mandatory in this chemical manufacturing environment. Polyester and other synthetic clothing are not permitted.
