Telstra is seeking a Senior IT Domain Specialist focused on Splunk ITSI observability for Defence settings. You will lead design, delivery and lifecycle management of observability capabilities, driving automation, analytics uplift and secure, resilient service outcomes.

You will govern end-to-end lifecycle of Splunk-based observability, including architecture, data onboarding, dashboards, alerts and health views, while coaching engineers and aligning with security and operational objectives.
