Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking a skilled butcher to prepare, present and sell high-quality meat products. You’ll train Meat Assistants and help customers choose the right cuts with advice you can’t get at a standard supermarket.
You will break down, bone, portion and prep to Harris Farm standards, ensure accurate cuts, keep the station spotless, and maintain cold chain and food safety every shift. Experience in fresh food retail is preferred.
