Ovolo Sydney is seeking a Bar Supervisor for Monster Kitchen and Bar on a 7-day rotating roster. You will run day-to-day bar operations, supervise shifts, and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We require a minimum of 3 years of bar/beverage experience, hands-on leadership, stock control, and training ability, with in-depth knowledge of our beverage menu and wine list. Join a team known for high standards and guest-first service.
