Highland Recruitment in the Southern Highlands is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator/Designer to join a local team. This full time role offers on-the-job training as you assist with estimating, design work and preparing project information.

You'll work closely with the Design Manager, develop drafting and design skills, review plans and specifications, and liaise with clients and the sales team to craft suitable design solutions.
