We’re looking for a casual Chef to join our kitchen team at our busy coastal brewery.

The role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver outstanding-quality food for brewery guests, locals and visitors. You’ll be involved in everything from prep and service to maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and well stocked
Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

About you

We’re looking for someone who:




Has commercial kitchen experience
Works well under pressure and enjoys a busy service
Takes pride in quality, presentation and consistency
Is reliable, organised and a team player
Has a positive attitude and positive communication skills
Is available to work a flexible range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
