efex in Melbourne is seeking a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our MSP team. You will support diverse client settings, troubleshoot servers, networking, Microsoft 365 and virtualization, and deliver outstanding outcomes with customers.

You’ll own issues from start to finish, mentor junior engineers when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery across a diverse technology landscape.
