Guide customers through the hearing care journey. /n
Build robust relationships and provide exceptional customer support. /n
Answer customer enquiries and provide information on services and appointments. /n
Follow up with customers and ensure a seamless experience. /n
Work closely with internal teams to achieve the best customer outcomes. /n /n What We're Looking For/n /n
Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, hospitality, retail, travel, healthcare, banking, administration or contact centres. /n
A confident and friendly phone manner. /n
A genuine passion for helping people. /n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. /n
Ability to learn new systems and information quickly. /n
