Harrisons Restaurant at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Port Douglas seeks an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the Front of House and drive guest satisfaction.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage daily service, budgets and stock, recruit and develop team members, and partner with the leadership team to enhance efficiency and profitability on a busy floor.

Salary is $79,000–$80,000 per annum with Australian residents preferred.
