About the role
Retail Team Leader’s demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. It’s a perfect prospect to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills. Other expectations include:* Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
Multitasking & prioritisation skills
Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition
Availability to work Monday to Friday, or as discussed with Manager
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
