We’re looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our Mad Mex team at Sydney Domestic Airport. This is a excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality, retail or kitchen experience who is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support the team throughout each shift
Help coordinate smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
Support food preparation, kitchen operations and bulk cooking
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
Support team training and development
Manage competing priorities across customer service, kitchen and retail operations
Lead by example and contribute to a positive team setting
