Accounts Receivable Officer

Monday to Friday 7.00am-3.00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to work in a team of 3 for a large transport & logistics business in Port Botany. The ideal candidate will be a self starter and demonstrate an ability to hit the ground running. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you’ll assist with the end-to-end accounts receivable function, help cash flow outcomes and ensure accuracy, compliance and excellent service to all stakeholders.

The roles will be responsible but not limited to:
Accounts Receivables
Debtor reporting
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily bank reconciliation
Processing COD Payments and customer invoices
Follow up payments as required and liaise with debtors and debt collection
Customer Service
Credit control
Supporting the Finance Manager

Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task & work well under pressure

Productive organisational skills
