The Opportunity

An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established real estate agency in Sydney's Inner West.

This is an ideal prospect for someone looking to maintain their career in real estate while enjoying genuine work-life balance.

Offering flexibility to work either 4 days or 5 days per week during school hours , this position would suit an organised, proactive individual who enjoys supporting a busy sales team and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

Working closely with the Principal and sales team, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing sales agency agreements, contracts and listing documentation
Coordinating property marketing campaigns and advertising materials
Uploading and maintaining property listings across real estate portals
Managing sales administration from listing through to settlement




Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and conveyancers
Coordinating photography, floor plans, signboards and marketing collateral
Maintaining accurate CRM records and updating property information
Providing general administrative support to the sales team

About You
Previous experience in Real Estate Sales Administration or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agent Box
A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
A Certificate of Registration is
