/n Retail Manager | Full time | Bonnyrigg Priceline Pharmacy /n As our Retail Manager, you will be the heart of our Bonnyrigg store, overseeing day-to-day operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining retail excellence, and representing a trusted and loved brand in the community. /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n Working with the Managing Partner you will: /n /n
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets. /n
Manage daily store operations, including compliance, inventory control, and stock availability. /n
Execute promotional activities and maintain exceptional store presentation to enhance the customer experience. /n
Train and support team members to build product knowledge, service excellence, and performance. /n
Analyse sales results, identify growth opportunities, and resolve customer issues to drive business success. /n /n What We’re Looking For: /n /n
Previous management experience – ideally in a retail setting /n
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills /n
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities /n




Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems /n
A genuine passion for the pharmacy industry and commitment to putting people first /n
