$75,000–$95,000 package based on experience
The Role
Manage ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections.
Communicate with owners and tenants.
Manage rental arrears, notices and lease renewals.
Conduct onsite visits as required.
Issue breach notices where necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
About You
Experience managing a residential or commercial property portfolio.
Current Certificate of Registration or real estate licence.
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, customer-focused approach.
