First Choice Care is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to step into Clinical Facilitation and support nursing students during their clinical placements across the Sunshine Coast.

Why make the move into clinical education? As a Clinical Facilitator, you’ll be more than a supervisor. You’ll be a mentor, role model and educator, helping students turn what they’ve learned in the classroom into confident, protected clinical practice.

About you
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Unrestricted AHPRA registration
Bachelor of Nursing degree
Available to work casually and commit to block placements of up to 4 weeks
Strong communication skills,



and confidence guiding and assessing students
Robust written skills for completing student assessments and evaluations
Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, teaching or training (desirable)
