If you enjoy being out and about, meeting prospective renters and helping people find their next home, this could be your next move.
The opportunity:
Working closely with the property management team, you’ll help deliver a smooth leasing experience for rental providers and prospective renters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting open-for-inspections and private property viewings
Responding to rental enquiries and following up with prospective renters
Processing rental applications and coordinating reference checks
Keeping rental providers and the property management team informed
Assisting with property advertising and leasing administration
Building positive relationships through professional, friendly communication
About you:
You’re approachable, proactive and comfortable managing a busy schedule. You take pride in your presentation,
follow through on commitments and understand the importance of keeping people informed.
You’ll bring:
Robust communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Confidence using technology and learning recent systems
A current Victorian Agent’s Representative qualification or relevant real estate registration
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Availability for Saturday inspections
Previous leasing or real estate experience will be highly regarded.
