The Role

This is a high-autonomy operational role, not a clerical or receptionist position. You will oversee internal business operations, compliance administration, staff coordination, and client service infrastructure to ensure peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage day-to-day office workflows, processes, systems, and expenditures.
Compliance: Coordinate administrative support for ASIC, AFSL, and licensee compliance requirements.




Staff Supervision: Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and lead recruitment/onboarding for support staff.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as the central hub between advisers, paraplanners, and external stakeholders.
International Support: Assist with multilingual communication for culturally diverse clients.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 2+3 year work experience including 1+ year in office management or business operations.
Industry Knowledge: Proven background in a regulated or skilled services workplace.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, improve systems, and work autonomously.
Qualifications: MBA qualification is required.
Languages: Professional fluency in English. Multilingual capabilities in Italian and Spanish are highly valued assets.
